Nau mai haere mai nga Uri o Hereora Porotene,

Horowhenua 11B 362L4E is a 1600 ha partitioned section of lush, fertile Maori freehold land located at the northern end of Levin in the Horowhenua region. The landblock is nestled between the foothills of the Tararua ranges and the north western shores of our ancestral lake Te Wai o Punāhau (Lake Horowhenua).

The lands primary use is horticulture, but has potential for expansion into other developmental realms. The block is one of the most highly productive of its kind in the region and has a highly successful long term market garden business based on site.

The current ownership belongs to descendants of the lands original owner, whom are descendants of the Muaupoko Iwi. Today there are 176 current Muaupoko ownership interests residing throughout Levin, the wider Horowhenua region, New Zealand and the world.

You can check if you are an owner in this block by downloading the Landowner Registrar here online.
